Artwork for raggae/dancehall music act with carribean/philippean influences
A friend of mine, who deejays in Reggae and Dancehall clubs, asked me to design a title graphic which could serve as a logo. The Artwork was supposed to support and express the philippean and carribean feeling and attitude he mediates within his music.
The Artwork is result of numerous playful digital techniques. I alienated and reworked it to fit the expressionistic musical style, using highly saturated colors and strong but not overpowering contrasts.
This fairly bad scan of the analogue drafts I made for the Title Design is good enough to move on. I decided to go with spirited circular letters to depict easyness
